Funny Joke: John Bull

Yes, it’s another beautiful day that the Lord has made and we will be glad and rejoice in it. Very vital message though because, these days, children are doing things. Remind me of Johnbull that year. Check out; Felix went to Johnbull’s house, knocked at the door, which was slightly open but, got no response. So, he knocked again. This time around, he heard a faint “come in”. Opening the door wide, he went inside. On getting inside, he saw Johnbull’s dad, sitting down on the couch, hand on jaw and in deep thought, not even bothering to look at the just entered guest. After some moment of silence;

Felix : Good afternoon Sir

Papa Johnbull : Good afternoon my son
Again silence…

Felix : Sir, I came to report one of your son

Papa Johnbull : Johnbull, abi?

Felix : Yes Sir

Silence…

Felix : Sir, last two weeks, while we were on break, someone saw him taking my N10,000 lesson fees from my school bag, no one has seen him again since then

Papa Johnbull (still in the same position) : N10,000? You are even lucky sef, last week, is it not his mother N50,000 that he stole?

Felix : JESUS! N50,000

Papa Johnbull : (same position) You are shouting Jesus, three days ago is it not my N100,000 he stole?

Felix : (falling down on the rug and wailing) Ah! Why? Johnbull why? Sir, didn’t you people report him to the police?

Papa Johhbull : We did and, they arrested him

Felix : Good for him, am very sure that, after some days at the Nigeria Police station, he will surely change his ways

Papa Johnbull : (same position) They returned him back the next day

Felix : How possible is that? What happened?

Papa Johnbull : They said that, he stole their check point money.

Buhari Awards Gani Fawehinmi Second Highest Nigerian Honour, GCON.

While many Nigerians are grappling with the new public holiday declared for the celebration of June 12 as the new National Democracy Day and the concomitant recognition of Chief Moshood Kashimawo Olawale “Olanbiwoninu” Abiola as a former President of Nigeria, many has missed the declaration of posthumous award to late human right activist and legal luminary, Chief Ganiyu Oyeshola Fawehinmi, SAN the second highest honour of Nigeria, typically given to Vice presidents and chief judges of the federation, GCON.

(Too Bad) Tomas kalas scores as Nigeria loses (1-0) against Czech Republic.

Tomas Kalas scored the only goal of the game, as Nigeria lost their final World Cup warm-up match 1-0 to Czech Republic on Wednesday.
Nigeria’s World Cup preparations took another hit on Wednesday, as they lost 1-0 to a Czech Republic side which failed to qualify for the finals in Russia.
Gernot Rohr’s men could take some positives away from their 2-1 defeat to England on Saturday, but there were few four days later, as Tomas Kalas’ first-half opener secured a slender victory for the Czechs, who were thrashed 4-0 by Australia on Friday.
At no point in the first half did Nigeria appear to be in the ascendancy and, shortly after surviving a scare, they deservedly found themselves trailing in the 25th minute – Kalas scuffing in from close range after Francis Uzoho parried Tomas Soucek’s header right to him.
The closest Nigeria came to levelling before the break was Wilfred Ndidi’s 30-yard drive, which was brilliantly tipped around the post by Tomas Vaclik in the Czech goal.
Although a downpour briefly interrupted play in the early stages of the second half, Nigeria played with more intent after half-time and went close in the 63rd minute, as John Obi Mikel saw a header saved by Vaclik.
Despite Nigeria’s efforts and attack-minded approach, a late equaliser never arrived, consigning them to a second successive defeat in their World Cup preparation games.

World Cup: Jose Mourinho Predicts Team To Qualify From Super Eagles Group D

Manchester United manager, Jose Mourinho, has predicted that the Super Eagles of Nigeria will qualify in Group D at the 2018 World Cup in Russia.

The Portugese gaffer, however, stated that Gernot Rohr’s men will come second behind Lionel Messi’s Argentina.

”In group D, the first place will be taken by Lionel Messi-led Argentina,” Mourinho told Russia Television network RT.

“Second place, very difficult choice, but I put on the African team, Nigeria”.

If Mourinho’s predictions come true, it would be the second consecutive tournament that the three times African champions would face France in the round of 16.

Paul Pogba’s 79th minute strike and a Joseph Yobo own goal in injury time condemned the Eagles to defeat in Brazil 2014.

Nigeria will face Czech Republic in their final 2018 pre-World Cup friendly on Wednesday afternoon at Rudolf-Tonn-Stadion Stadium in Austria.

After the game against Czech, Rohr’ side will head out to Russia to begin their 2018 FIFA World Cup campaign underway in less than two weeks.
