”This message is linked to my faith and the God I serve but IT IS FOR EVERYONE|. I remember a time in my life when it seemed like NOTHING was going right and I mean NOTHING. Everything just seemed to suck.
I was constantly being hurt by people I cared about and was good to, my career…well, I didn’t have one and it wasn’t for lack of trying, people I loved were going through tough times, everything wasn’t going right. It became hard to pray. I’d stay in my house, in bed for daysss. I never talked about it. On so many occassions, I’d cry myself to sleep. I constantly wished i was someone else. I was deeply unhappy.
Can’t remember how but I was finally able to start praying through it all. Started talking bout it too. I Wish I could tell you that things got better immediately. Lol. They didn’t but I’ll tell you what did happen. I fought every single day for my life. The life I knew was mine. I started to focus on what i did have and became more thankful. I started to speak positively about myself and my life. I started to smile more. I started to laugh more and then I learnt the secret of being content in any and every situation. I also learnt to give even when I had very little. I worked on myself and asked God to make me better. One day I remember hearing ‘ it’ll all make sense some day’. I’m not saying it all makes sense now but things are definitely better than they used to be. It didn’t happen overnight but it did happen. Slowly but surely. There’s a reason I constantly try to remember to keep God at the centre of it all. He’s literally holding me together.
I still go through tough times, everyone does but my perspective has changed.
We don’t see complete pictures but I serve a God who does.
I know it’s tough and I’m really sorry. If no one has told you before, i want you to know that you’re stronger than you can possibly imagine, even on the days that you can’t get yourself out of bed. You’re beautiful. You’re loved. You’re cherished. You’re forgiven and the world needs you. You’re not a mistake. All these are true, whether you believe in God or not.
I don’t know why I wrote this but I feel someone really needs it.

The southern and middle belt leaders forum are demanding the removal of Mahmoud Yakubu, INEC chairman, for “fear of rigging the election” in favour of President Buhari in 2019.
The group alleged that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) would not deliver free and fair elections in 2019 noting that “the bug of nepotism and sectionalism that this administration is renowned for has also eaten up the leadership of the commission.”
The forum said this at a press conference in Abuja on Sunday. Among those who attended the conference were by Edwin Clark, representing the south-south; Ayo Adebanjo, south-west; Chukwuemeka Ezeife, south-east; Dan Suleiman, middle belt; and Nkanga Idongesit, south-south.
Idongesit, the chairman of the Pan Niger Delta forum, who delivered the group’s position, argued that retaining the service chiefs who ought to have retired and keeping Yakubu as INEC chairman were suspicious. He added that this was in tandem with the narrative that they would play partisan roles in favour of the president.
“From 1960 till date, only President Muhammadu Buhari has been audacious to pick only people who are either his relations or of the same ethnic stock with him to lead the electoral bod. The Balewa government headed by a northerner appointed Eyo Ita-Esua from the south, who was in charge of the federal electoral commission from 1960-66; Gen. Olusegun Obasanjo, a Yoruba, set up the federal electoral commission under Michael Ani from 1976-1979. ”When Dr Goodluck Jonathan came in from the south-south, he appointed Prof. Attahiru Jega from the north-west from June 2010-Oct. 2015.”
The group contended that it was only Buhari who appointed his relation from the north-west, Amina Zakari, as the acting INEC chairman when he became president in 2015.

A Nigerian man who found a missing bundle of money in his shop and returned it is upset because of the meagre sum the owner gave him as a reward.
Ifeanyi took to Twitter to reveal that a customer forgot 500,000 Naira in his shop. The owner returned the following day to ask if Ifeanyi saw the money and he claims he told him “no” at first, then as the man was leaving, he called him back and gave him the money.
As a reward, the man gave him only 2,000 Naira and this has angered Ifeanyi who says he expected more than that. He says he now wishes he could go back in time and change things.
Social media users have called him out for doing the right thing only because he was expecting a reward. While others advised him to have no regrets because every good deed has a reward that can not be quantified in monetary terms

But Queen said she refused to accept that he was dead and she called her home cell provider and they prayed together. They also joined Canaanland via DOMI radio for the Covenant hour of prayer.
The following day, one of her brothers went to the mortuary and the attendant told him there was no hope because the body had been injected for embalment over 24 hours ago. But the brother knelt, prayed and whispered in his dead brother’s ear, “In the name of the God of Bishop David Oyedepo, wake up!” The brother allegedly sneezed immediately, coughing up blood and he came back to life the the amazement of the mortuary attendant.
Queen shared her testimony on Church Gist, writing:
DEAD BROTHER RESTORED BACK TO LIFE!
I have come to return all the glory to God for His faithfulness and validating his mandate upon this commission. I am a Cell minister, my Younger Brother in University of Calabar called to inform that our Younger Brother schooling in Auchi Polytechnic was confirmed dead on the 13th of May 2018 and his body deposited in the mortuary. Being worried and dismayed I contacted my Home cell provider, who shouted “He can’t be dead and I responded Amen.
He gathered his household to join us and we began to pray fervently on KINGDOM ADVANCEMENT for about 2 hours that night. And there after we joined Canaanland via DOMI radio for the Covenant hour of prayer.
The next day my brother travelled to Auchi, on arrival late in the night he went straight to the mortuary and saw his Younger brother’s lifeless body. The mortuary attendant consoling Him reminding him that he came too late because he was injected for embalmment over 24hours ago. He then whispered to the ear of the lifeless body ” Jesus is here, arise!”. Nothing happened, he whispered again and said, “IN THE NAME OF THE GOD OF BISHOP DAVID OYEDEPO, WAKE UP! And in the next second, the dead brother sneezed out a thick blood and got up to the amazement of the mortuary attendant. About 68 SOULS gave their lives to Christ instantly. To God be the Glory.
